About the Multiethnic Education Program
The Multiethnic Education Program (ME Program), a project of iPride, emerged through the development of our Early Childhood curriculum, "Serving Biracial and Multiethnic Children and their Families." Since 1999, the K&F Baxter Family Foundation has supported the ME Program to publish and disseminate this unique resource through trainings in childcare, early childhood education, fostercare, kinship, adoption and diversity training communities. The ME Program continues to focus our efforts on creating publications and providing trainings to meet the needs of the multiracial community in educational settings. We are excited to broaden our work into the school age ommunity with a new video, discussion booklet and peer training program called "My People Are..." Constantly motivated by the great interest in our materials, the ME Program is especially thrilled to certify trainers to continue to educate the broader community.
